How long is the appointment?

Plan for 20–30 minutes. Most travel consultations including vaccine administration are done in 20 minutes. Multi-country trips, family groups, or specialised requests (Hajj prep, accelerated courses) may take longer — we'll let you know if so.

Photo ID, your filled-in pre-screening form, any previous vaccination records (Red Book, GP records, previous ICVP if you have it), and details of your travel itinerary.

Can I add other family members?

Yes — book everyone in the same slot, or one slot per person if you'd prefer. Children from 12 months upwards are welcome. Bring their Red Book.

What if my trip is cancelled?

If you've already had your vaccines, they're still valid for future travel. If you haven't yet, we'll refund the vaccine cost minus any per-dose stock charge — call us and we'll sort it.
